We are the owners of this restaurant since winter 2018/2019.
In the spring of 2019, we were awarded the “Maître Restaurateur” label.
For winter 2019/2020, we embarked on a new challenge: to renovate the premises and welcome our visitors in a modern and cosy atmosphere.

Using local produce to ensure our food’s quality and traceability and to promote the local economy. We value high-quality, regional and seasonal produce while incorporating environmentally-friendly procedures.
Maître Restaurateur Title
Our restaurant was awarded the “Maître Restaurateur” label in spring 2019 thanks to the use of fresh, local produce, strict hygiene control procedures and high-quality service, among other things. This label is awarded by the Haute-Savoie prefect based on inspections carried out by certifying bodies. The restaurants awarded this title follow very specific rules and criteria, which must be adhered to scrupulously. In particular, this includes: cooking on site, buying produce exclusively from artisans or independent small companies, non-use of ready-made meals, obligation to cook mainly with fresh produce, varied menu offering (at least four different starters, mains and desserts), and at least one daily special for starter, main and dessert.
